What it does

Everything you need for the weekend, nothing you don’t

The official app tells you who’s playing. This one helps you and your friends actually do the festival together.

🎸

The whole lineup, your way

Every set across all five stages. Browse by time, by genre, or by what the crowd loves. Tap any band for details and a 30-second preview before you commit.

Star your must-sees

Mark the sets you can’t miss. The planner flags conflicts, showing who’s playing at the same time on another stage, so you never accidentally miss the one that mattered.

👥

Your friends, not strangers

No browsing random profiles. One invite link connects your whole crew. See who’s going to what, and make groups (your camp, the early risers, the late-night crew) so you can pull people in with one tap.

🤝

Plan hangouts

“Meet at the river at 3, join if you want.” Open-invite, no pressure. Post a hangout and your friends can see it and tap “I’m in.”

🎯

Drop a flare

Pin your camp or a meet-up spot on the map. Your friends get one-tap, turn-by-turn directions straight to you. No more “where are you?” texts with dead signal.

🍴

Food & vendors

The full vendor list, from food trucks and coffee to crafts and healing arts, so you can plan your meals and find that kettle corn without wandering the whole field.

Weather, per set

A forecast for every set time. Know before that 8 o’clock show whether to grab a layer or the rain shell.

📅

Add to your calendar

Send any set straight to your phone’s calendar so you get the nudge when it’s time to head over.

See it in action

Built for the festival, not a spreadsheet

Real screens from the planner. This is what your weekend looks like.

Tap any band for a 30-second preview, set time, and what else is playing right then.
The whole weekend, browsable by time, by genre, or by what the crowd loves.
Every food truck, coffee, and craft vendor on site, all in one list.
Your whole crew in one place, plus friends-of-friends who are also at the fest.
A stage map plus drop-a-pin flares, so nobody gets lost in the field.
Dead simple

You’re in, in under a minute

1

Open your invite link

Whoever set up your crew sends you one link. Tap it, and your whole group is connected. No app store, no account hassle.

2

Enter your name + a code

Pop in your name and pick a color. We email you a 6-digit code to sign in, and that’s it. You’re in.

3

Start starring sets

Build your weekend, see who else is going, plan where to meet, and check the weather. Everyone sees the plan. Nobody gets lost.

Plan ahead

Service is spotty out there

At Natural Chimneys, cell signal is limited. In past years Verizon has been about the only network that works, while AT&T, T-Mobile and others often get no signal. A little prep goes a long way.

So get set up before you go:

  • Open the app on wifi before you leave so your schedule, lineup, and map are saved to check with no signal
  • Add it to your home screen so you stay logged in all weekend
  • Add your must-see sets to your calendar as a backup
  • Set your camp spot and meet-up plans while you still have bars
  • Location sharing and RSVPs will catch up automatically once you're back in signal
3days of music
5stages to chase

A note from the maker

“I’m Mattias. I’ve gone to Red Wing Roots for years, and I got tired of losing my friends in a field and missing the sets I drove all that way to see. So I built the planner I always wished I had, and I’m giving it to the whole community, free. No catch… go enjoy the music.”
